I have been photographing weddings for 19 years and yesterday I photographed Hamilton’s very first same-sex gay wedding for Dianne & Angie.  Our Canadian business is already fully on stream with same-sex weddings, Canada legalized gay weddings on July 20, 2005.  NZ took a few extra years, but I am proud that NZ has now given same-sex marriages the same legal status.  I am also proud that the business my brother and I founded 19 years ago allows us the ability photograph these amazing wedding days.

Dianne and Angie have been together for 7 years, they are so in love its obvious to see.  Angie said to me they have been waiting for this day for so long, Dianne has received 3 engagement rings, awww.

I will remember this day for a very, very longtime, Steve x
