A few extra pictures from Janet & John’s wedding a few weeks ago at Gracehill Winery, Kumeu, Auckland. A fantastic day, wonderfully in love couple, what more could we ask for.

Hi all, sorry I’ve been a tad quiet on the Blog and FB this week. Arie and I have spent 5 days in Auckland on a web design course (we finish today) as we have few other business ideas to get off the ground, so watch this space.

On Friday Gary (one2one UK) and I headed to Auckland to photograph Vanessa & Ross’ wedding at Soljans Estate. They chose to do their bridal party images before the wedding as many couples do this time of year with the fading light. We set-up their ‘first look’ and Ross’ face tells the story of that moment in one photo. We also organised some time so we could take advantage of the dusk shot opportunities as well.
Here are a few of our favourite shots, hope you enjoy them.

OK, lets cut the veil to length, right now – eek!
Love this shot, Vanessa’s Mum and her Sister Stephanie
Dad waiting patiently to see his Daughter, captured by Gary
Great photos need no explanation
Gary caught up with the boys but they were running a tad late due to a very extensive shaving fest
Now Ross’ turn to wait for his bride
I can’t recall what Gary said to Ross, but went something along the lines, ‘you ready to get your bride’
Love how we can capture these moment images
Great shot by Gary, talk about hitting the button at the right moment, awesome
Poor Stephanie tried so hard to keep it together, awww
On Saturday I headed North to Auckland to photograph Dorothy & Tuhi’s wedding. April 2nd was also Dorothy’s birthday, how fantastic is that being married on your birthday. Their day was all about family and friends. I have never seen so many people getting ready at the house with Dorothy it was fabulous.
I feel I made some good friends on Saturday, enjoy these few images. Steve
A couple of Friday’s ago my twin brother Pete from one2one Canada and I shot Yvette and William’s wedding in Auckland. Every aspect of their wedding was perfect and completely organised. They had a great bridal party and we spent some time at The Museum, a popular Auckland spot for many couples.
Its been a while since Pete and I have shot a wedding together but to have someone that can hit the button to capture moments the same as I can was an absolute benefit for Yvette and William. Thank you to Pete for his professional expertise.
Enjoy these images, Steve
A couple of weeks ago Arie and I headed North to the big city they call Auckland. We had the greatest of time photographing the wedding of Rosie and Luke at the Sacred Heart College Chapel in Glendowie and then their reception at Kumeu Valley Estate.
I loved Rosie and Luke’s laughter and energy in their images, a true privilege to photograph and captured exactly how they are, thank you.

Well…..last Sunday I went on a baby portrait shoot for Liam and we tacked on a wedding for his Mum & Dad, Kylie & Greg. Liam stole the show virtually all day long, quite to the glee for everyone at the wedding at the fantastic Kumeu Valley Estate.
Kylie was one of the most relaxed brides I have had in a very long while. She did however manage to stun Greg when he first laid eye’s on his bride. Thank you for allowing one2one to photograph this very special day for you all. Four of the best wedding speeches I have heard in a while too, congrats!
Here are a few of my favs, Steve.
